Gala Dinner
Awic 2007's Gala Dinner, with private tour by candle-light, will take place on Tuesday the 26th of June in the Orangerie of the Chateau of Vaux le Vicomte, which inspired the well-known castle of Versailles. Vaux le Vicomte is located at about 20km far from Fontainebleau.
Program of the Gala Dinner :
- Inside and outside of the Chateau to be illuminated by candlelight.
- Private Candlelit Visits of the Chateau with an interactive audio-guide available in 5 languages: French, English, German, Italian and Spanish.
- Discover the atmosphere of the chateau with more than a thousand candles, just like the famous party given by Nicolas Fouquet for the King Louis XIV.
- Exclusive use of the Orangerie and the Fouquet Room in the seventheen century outbuildings, for the aperitif and dinner, until midnight.
