Authors of accepted papers must register by March 20, 2007 with Full or student conference registration to have their paper published in the Proceedings. At least one author of each regular paper must register.

Student participation registration is available only for full time students. Students must submit a verification letter of full-time status from their school/department head. Please fax the verification letter to +33160721132
The last day for early conference registration is April 15, 2007.
Extra banquet tickets may be purchased

Registration is not valid until payment is received.

Author registration
Each accepted paper has to be accompanied by at least one full or student registration.
Authors with more than one paper must
pay extra 200 EUR per extra paper.
A maximum of two (2) extra
pages per paper (i.e. 8 pages total, see paper submission
guidelines)
is permitted for an extra charge of EUR 100 per page. Papers longer
than 8 pages are NOT acceptable.
Payment methods
The acceptable means of payment include certified check, credit card payment and bank transfer. All payments should be in Euro (EUR).
Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card) is highly recommended. For credit card payment, please note that the payment is processed in Euro (EUR). Small differences with respect to the announced registration fee may occur due to the fluctuation of the EUR exchange rate.
Payment by bank transfer payment should be done without charges to the beneficiary. Please ensure that your institution absorbs ALL bank charges (your bank or any other intermediary bank). We may be unable to view the registration as paid if the full amount does not reach our account. The transfer should be made to:

Receipt of registration
A receipt will be issued at the Registration Desk at the conference.
Cancellation and refund policy
A cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to the AWIC'07 Secretariat no later than May 15, 2007. There will be a EUR 150 service charge for processing a refund. After this date, there will be NO REFUNDS. All refunds will be paid after the conference.
